Fitting and installation are included where specifically agreed as part of the order. Installation requirements may vary depending on the product, site conditions, and specific project requirements.

The standard delivery timeline is approximately 15–20 days from the date of advance payment, subject to product availability, measurements, manufacturing requirements, and site conditions.

Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control—including material availability, transit disruptions, site readiness, or unforeseen environmental conditions—may affect the estimated schedule.

A 50% advance payment is required against the confirmed order placement, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in formal writing.

Production, custom fabrications, or inventory allocations will commence immediately following receipt of the applicable advance funds.

Final measurements taken on-site by our technical staff will be considered definitive for billing and project execution. The actual installed area may differ from preliminary estimates.

Final invoice amounts will be adjusted accordingly to match the precise measured area and confirmed scope changes.

Transportation charges may apply separately depending on project location distance, specialized handling logistics, delivery access constraints, and the agreed quotation parameters.

Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other statutory government levies will be added separately where applicable, structured strictly according to prevailing statutory rates and fiscal regulations.

Product specifications, material finishes, hardware dimensions, and availability depend on selected luxury suppliers and manufacturers. Significant alterations requested after order approval may impact overall pricing and revised completion schedules.

Clients are responsible for providing unobstructed, ready site conditions suitable for exact technical measurements, safe unloading, and efficient fitting. Site delays may automatically shift overall delivery timelines.

Pricing, material configurations, order quantities, and project scope are strictly governed by the official written quotation or order confirmation issued specifically for your project.
